TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.

Everything was as you would expect in coach - fine. Flight was close to on time.

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Our yoga retreat was cancelled and besides not refunding is, they would not even let us change dates or locations. As a matter of fact they wouldn’t even talk to us and kept referring to the travel agent, who said they couldn’t change anything and it was up to the airline to do so. They passed the buck until it was too late to do anything about it. Avoid Latham and Budget Air for your travel plans.

Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.

A Gol precisa aprender comfazer desembarque. Está anos luz atrás em organização. Os comissários são muito atrapalhados.

Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.

Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.

A Gol melhorou muito desde a última viagem que fiz, muito bom, aeronaves bem conservadas, tripulação cordial. Gostei.

Most important was the effciency - on-time take-offs and landings, no missed connections, baggage arrived correctly. Friendly & professional crew. Less important was food/drink. Pretty spartan, but we'll know next time and bring our own stuff.

Delayed takeoff was inconvenient. We should have boardrd later. Coffee/ beverage service on a 7:30 flight would have been good.

Flight from Lisbon to Barcelona was ok. Business flight Boston to Lisbon was awful. Attendants should pay more attention to Business Passengers and not be so stingy with water. Worse Business Flight I have ever taken. Food was awful. Cramped for space.

Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.

Adequate. You get what you pay for. Absolutely no frills but a cost effective way to travel between European countries.

People seated in exit rows should have designated overhead space

Flight was 2+ hrs late boarding. Delay updates were nonexistent. Boarding Gate change was by word of mouth.

The airline made last minute changes to our business class seats splitting our family of 4 with young children who had pre-booked a row of 4 seats. The seat was also dirty and sticky. Our pre-ordered child meals were also not available. :(

I wish to bring to your attention an incident involving a flight attendant that occurred on my recent journey. The attendant displayed a lack of courtesy, which was concerning. For instance, after accidentally spilling water on a passenger, the attendant dismissed the situation rather than offering a proper apology. Additionally, when I handed over my trash, the attendant reacted negatively because I placed a paper cup on the tray, she told me this doesn't go here and threw it back on my table. It was apparent that she was experiencing a challenging day, which unfortunately impacted the service provided to myself and other passengers. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, it is essential for customer-facing staff to seek support to manage personal stress without it affecting their professional responsibilities.

The flight crew was good, the flight itself was quick and comfortable

The seats were comfortable and dinner was good.? I ended up with food poisoning, not their fault. I caught it somewhere in Barcelona. I didn't tell the flight attendant so it was up to me. It is a good airline. I was just ready to be home

Very bed boarding, there was overbooked and make a lot of problems and noises

On my way from Chicago to London, I was seated next to a quite heavy passenger. I could barely move. BA should have ensured that overweight customers are placed in comfortable seats and not to penalize also other passengers because BA is not willing to accommodate these passengers and their needs. No respect at all.

Taking off and landing were smooth. I didn't have anything to complain about.

The sad case is that BA is often late. I missed my connection outbound and then was rebooked in another biz class seat some 10 hours later. I opted to change to economy (no compensation refunded of course) that was only 5 hours later. On the return journey, once again changing planes was very challenging. This time we landed only a little bit late, but deplaning took a long time so the connection was very much in doubt. Some serious running and sweat later, I managed to make the connection but my luggage did not. No messages about the missing luggage, so I had to wait until the entire bag return process was over before seeking out an agent. There was only one and well over 50 passengers waiting to speaking with her. She was quite pleasant, but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes from touchdown to leaving the airport.

First time flying with BA and I will do it again. Staff at airport and on board were very nice and helpful

BA charged me 70 euros for one bag on my return after having recognized my frequent flier status and charging me nothing for the same bag on the outbound. Their employees are not well trained and rules are inconsistently applied.

I couldn’t select my seat until I checked in at the airport. Extremely difficult to talk to a customer service representative. Also, the gate announcement doesn’t appear until less than an hour before boarding.

They over sold the flight and I was not able to board. Had to buy two tickets so I would not miss my connection.

Wonderful service and very comfy in the bulkhead in Economy Plus! Delicious food.

The plane seemed very dated. The entertainment was very limited. There was a school group on our flight and the crew seemed bothered by them. They were not overly friendly or welcoming.

Ok, but no entertainment. Left late, but made up most of the time.

May be it is not an ITA issue, but the bags took long time to go out.

I thought they had rebranded themselves in every aspect but it was quite the opposite. The food was terrible the service was sub-par. Overall it was not a good experience.

I paid for premium seats and the last minute they changed the aircraft for a bigger one, they bumped me to another seat which was NOT at all comfortable for an 11 hour flight, will fight for a refund!!
